Dr. Khalil Rahi
Founder of Projilience. Associate Professor, Abu Dhabi University.
Twenty years across industry and academia. He first led software and IT implementation projects in Canada, for Eaton, Ceridian and ADP, with teams of up to 30 people. He then moved into teaching and research in Beirut and the UAE.
Resilience is the thread through all of it. His Ph.D. developed indicators of IT project resilience, and he has since built the instruments that measure it: validated resilience scales for the IT, construction and oil and gas sectors. His research has been cited over 400 times.
That combination is what clients get: the discipline of someone who has run projects under pressure, and a tested way of seeing whether an organization notices disruption early and can adapt to it. He works in English, Arabic and French.
